Acupuncture 60
The intent of acupuncture therapy is to promote health and alleviate pain and suffering. The method by which this is accomplished, though it may seem strange and mysterious to many, has been time tested over thousands of years and continues to be validated today. The perspective from which an acupuncturist views health and sickness hinges on concepts of "vital energy," "energetic balance" and "energetic imbalance." Just as the Western medical doctor monitors the blood flowing through blood vessels and the messages traveling via the nervous system, the acupuncturist assesses the flow and distribution of this "vital energy" within its pathways, known as "meridians and channels". The acupuncturist is able to influence health and sickness by stimulating certain areas along these "meridians". Traditionally these areas or "acupoints" were stimulated by fine, slender needles. Today, many additional forms of stimulation are incorporated, including herbs, electricity, magnets and lasers. Still, the aim remains the same - adjust the "vital energy" so the proper amount reaches the proper place at the proper time. This helps your body heal itself. This is a Naturo. & Chinese Medicine program. Clients may access 4 Naturo. & Chinese Medicine appointments per month, max 1/week. ☓ |

Massage Therapy 90
Massage Therapy (90 mins) involves acting and manipulating the patient's body with pressure (structured, unstructured, stationary, and/or moving), tension, motion, or vibration done manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as, lymphatic vessels, and/or organs of the gastrointestinal system. This is a Massage Therapies program. Clients may access 3 Massage Therapies per month, max 1/week. ☓ Zen Shiatsu 75Zen Shiatsu treatments are designed to help balance and heal irregularities in the recipient's energy system (the vital force, or ch'i), to promote wellness of body, mind, and spirit. If imbalances, such as blockage or depletion, are not treated they may eventually become chronic manifesting as fatigue, pain, injury, or disease. The capacity for self-healing is strengthened through the application of stretches, joint rotations, and relaxed pressure applied to energy channels using palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows, or knees. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. This is a Body & Energy Therapy program. Clients may access 4 Body & Energy Therapies per month, max 1/week. ☓ |

Most crystals contain minerals that known for their therapeutic properties. Crystals work through resonance and vibration, rebalancing and biomagnetic sheath (aura) that surrounds and interpenetrates our physical body and activates linkage points to our chakras (energy centres) that regulate our body's vibratory stasis. By balancing the chakras, many states of physical and psychological dis-ease can be ameliorated. Sessions will be approximately 60 mins. There will be a brief consultation and then you'll select 7 crystals for a personalized layout. You'll lie down, relax and be facilitated through your own journey with crystals. Grounding and chakra balancing will conclude the session. **All crystals used are purified and energized with sea salt prior to every session. This is a Body & Energy Therapy program. Clients may access 4 Body & Energy Therapies per month, max 1/week. ☓ |
