Mindful Physical Therapy

When you live with chronic pain, illness or disability, your body is adjusting not only to your condition but is also bouncing back from surgeries, treatments and procedures. It is stressful for everyone to figure out changing limits. When we feel stressed, our symptoms get worse. It can become an endless cycle.

Stress lives in our bodies. The neck tightens, the stomach churns, the jaw clenches. Telling ourselves to ‘let it go’ often doesn’t relax the muscle tension, calm the queasy stomach or stop our teeth from grinding. And it certainly doesn’t settle our anxiety.

This is a Body and Energy Therapies Program.  Please feel free to book no more than 1 Body and Energy Therapy per week and 3 per month.
