Hatha Yoga @ Coal Harbour

Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice that improves strength, flexibility and balance of body and mind. The asanas (postures) are unique, since they also create a stimulating and massaging effect on glands and organs. The effect is: a greater detoxification, rejuvenation and tension release in glands and organs, better body alignment and posture and a stronger more flexible body. In each class we will also include pranayama (breath work), deep relaxation and meditation as well as other techniques that enhances the balance of body, mind and spirit.
