Wellness Philosophy

Our Wellness philosophy is based on 6 dimensions to help direct our clients to a healthy positive lifestyle:

Physical

Physical wellbeing is achieved by developing all health-related components of an individual's lifestyle: Movement, Nutrition and Breathing. Encouraging good health and knowledge will affect behavior patterns that lead to a healthy active lifestyle.

Emotional

Emotional wellness is willing to accept challenge, take risks, and acknowledge conflict as being potentially healthy. Emotional wellness is a continual process of change and growth. Exercising compassion for your weaknesses and forgiving yourself and others. Responding to life's challenges as opportunity for growth.

Intellectual

Intellectual wellness helps keep an active mind through mental activity, stimulation and commitment to lifelong learning.

Vocational

Vocational wellness can be nurtured by matching your core values with interests, hobbies, employment and volunteer work. As you uncover your talents and passion, you express yourself to the world.

Social

Social wellness looks at the relationship between yourself and social connections, by encouraging a healthy living environment and initiating better communication with those around you. We recognize that with compassion, support and knowledge, the experience of illness can be a catalyst for positive personal transformation.

Spiritual

Spiritual wellness works on the development of a deep appreciation for the depth and expanse of life and natural forces that exist in the universe. Living in the now.
